Our high-volume St. Louis area title agency seeks a Resware Administrator. At least 2 years of experience in title and Resware Administration is required. This position could be remote upon completion of training/probation period in St. Louis. Investors Title Company is well-established and successful in both St. Louis and surrounding counties.
This position reports to the CEO of Investors Title and Chief Technology Officer
Job Duties
Duties would include:
- Creating and maintaining Resware action lists
- Working with current, experienced IT staff to maintain system
- Communicating with Qualia and third-party support vendors as needed
- Training and monitoring staff to ensure that Resware is used properly
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work with operational management to create, modify, and document action workflows according to state/county/client requirements
- Create, add, and revise document templates according to operational needs
- Map documents in ResWare to the appropriate points
- Create new clients and add their corresponding product types
- Create custom integrations
- Grant portal access and manage internal/external user access as well as role rights
- Map internal documents to work in XML format
- Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues within ResWare
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (switching and routing) a plus
- SQL experience a plus
- Experience working independently, setting priorities, and ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of customers, including end-users, management, and executives
- Ability to review and synthesize processes and workflows
- Project Management skills utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with and be the advisor of solutions to senior management and company leadership
- Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration
