2022 COVID-19 Protocols and Updates

1/12/22

Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, we are requiring masks to be worn upon entry to all Investors Title Company locations. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.

6/1/21

We continue to offer in-office closings and curbside closings at our locations.

Vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask in the office, however, unvaccinated individuals will be required to wear a mask. Our closers will still wear masks in the closing rooms, and all rooms will continue to be properly disinfected after each use.

4/8/21

We are now offering both in-office closings and curbside closings at Investors Title.

If you wish to do an in-office closing, in accordance with the guidelines, we will require the following:

  1. Schedule an appointment and remain in your vehicle until the appointment time.
  2. Individuals entering the office should wash and sanitize their hands. In addition, everyone must wear masks.  Anyone who does not have a face mask will be provided with one.
  3. Anyone with a fever, cough, shortness of breath, has a confirmed case of COVID, or been exposed to COVID should not schedule an in-office closing. Contact your closing team for other closing arrangements.

We look forward to seeing you, either in the office or curbside. Thank you for complying with these guidelines to keep you and our staff as healthy and safe as possible.

1/7/21

As coronavirus cases continue to surge in our region, Investors Title is doing everything we can to keep our clients and staff safe.

We are still closely following the CDC guidelines and St. Louis/St. Charles County guidelines. In addition, we will continue to do curbside closings until further notice. Our offices are being regularly sanitized and masks and social distancing practices are required.

For additional information, see how we’re keeping you safe and read our previous messages on our COVID-19 guidelines.

We will continue to monitor the situation very closely. As requirements and CDC or local guidelines change, we will update our ITC protocols as necessary.

Thank you for your patience, as always, as we navigate through these challenges together!
