Joe Crutchfield
CEO
Joe Crutchfield has been a leader in the St. Louis title industry since he began his career as a staff attorney with Investors Title in 1986. He became General Counsel and managed the production office until 2000 when he was promoted to the position of President. His focus is on both customer and employee relations while upholding the principles and values of Investors Title. Joe was awarded a B.A. in Economics & Business Administration from Westminster College and a J.D. from Oklahoma University. Joe was named CEO in 2016.
Rich Weller
Vice President
Rich Weller began his career at Investors Title after obtaining a B.A. in Communications from Lindenwood College. He worked in the St. Charles recording and policy departments before being promoted to abstractor, then title examiner. He assists in the daily management of our production office, while lending his expertise and knowledge to our examining team. Rich was appointed Vice President in 2015.
Shelli Schiller
Vice President, Escrow Operations
Shelli Schiller started her career as receptionist of the Investors Title’s Clayton branch in 1991. She was quickly promoted to the closing department where she worked as a processor followed by a closing position. While excelling as a closer, she was promoted to Clayton Office Manager before advancing to Regional Manager. In 2014 she was appointed Vice President of Escrow Operations where she offers support, expert training, and oversees the daily operations of our closing department.

Sarah Kendrick
Account Executive, North/St. Charles

Greg Miller
Account Executive, Central/West/South
Greg graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis with a BSBA degree with emphasis in finance. He has over 13 years experience in sales and business development. Loretta Blevins began working for Investors Title as a receptionist. She has grown with the company, working as a processor, closer and branch manager before being promoted to Regional Manager in 2013. Loretta successfully leads and supports nine branch offices with her knowledge and experience of the closing process.

Karen Weller started as a receptionist with Investors Title and was soon promoted to processor, then closer. She managed our North County branch for several years prior to her promotion to Regional Manager in 2001. Karen's years of title and customer service experience assist her in guiding and supporting seven branch offices.

David has had a wide variety of work experience at Investors Title Company before and during when he attended college, including working in the accounting and production departments. David graduated from DePauw University in 2014 with a degree in Economics and Philosophy and graduated from SLU Law School with his J.D. In his spare time, David enjoys playing golf, horseback riding, and cooking.
Quinn Wilson
House Counsel
Quinn Wilson earned a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He supports Investors Title’s Underwriting Department, assuring compliance with the unique variety of industry-related legalities. When Quinn is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and reading.
