Meet the ITC Team

As CEO and President of Investors Title Company, Joe Crutchfield brings nearly 40 years of title industry expertise to his leadership. He began his career with Investors in 1986 as a staff attorney, advanced to General Counsel, and was promoted to President in 2000 before being named CEO in 2016. Joe's leadership is defined by his commitment to both client satisfaction and employee success, while preserving the founding principles that have guided Investors Title for over five decades. He earned his B.A. in Economics & Business Administration from Westminster College and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.

David graduated from DePauw University in 2014 with a degree in Economics and Philosophy and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2019 where he obtained in J.D. David has worked in various capacities at Investors Title Company in the past including working in the accounting and production departments, and began working as a lawyer for Investors Title Company in 2020.

Shelli serves as the Vice President of Escrow Operations at Investors Title Company. She began her career with the company in 1991 and is known for her strong leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering dedication to clients, partners, and colleagues. Over her 35-year tenure, Shelli has progressed through roles including Escrow Processor, Escrow Closer, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager before becoming Vice President. This experience has equipped her with a hands-on, end to end understanding of escrow operations. In 2024, she was nominated for the “Most Influential Business Woman” award. Shelli leads with both skill and heart, consistently delivering exceptional service.
